Thank you ladies! I didn’t know all that. I’ve been looking on Zillow & RedFin & they just list the HOA Condo Fees with no details. I’m from Jersey and looking to relocate to Naples.
It really isn't expensive when you consider all the perks! Jeanne said it best. Let's not forget the 19th hole!
