There's a 730 am aqua fitness class offered MWF and Saturday for May 2019. Calendar changes monthly and of course less offered out of season. There's also pilates, spin, yoga, stretch, and specialized sports fitness. I've lived here since 2006.
I expect it would be required to dine in the dining room, but I'm not 100 percent sure.
