My great grandmother has come here for many years & I’m always grateful she took me with so I know about this hidden gem. I love coming here for any supplements I need or think about needing. All the employees are helpful & friendly every time I go in, I’ve loved every product recommendation from them as well! You cannot beat the knowledge they possess. It’s been pivotal in maintaining my health. Additionally, they have really good sales & a variety of products beyond supplements such as organic food, snacks, a café (with great food even in the fridge to grab & go!), beauty products, teas, & my favorite: local artisan crafts (I’m in it for the stickers!) I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I’d like to give 10 stars. I know that any questions I may have are always answered. I leave the store having learned something healthier and better for myself. There is no pressure to buy and I can browse through the store. However, I usually leave with a few more items because of the nice variety of products.

Nice store and I wanted to support a small business. But BEWARE their return policy!! I bought an item based on information from two employees and it still turned out to not be what I needed. They DO NOT issue refunds, only store credit. So be very sure you are purchasing what you want and maybe don’t rely on the staffs information do your own research before you buy.
