High Point Country Club is a hidden gem in Naples. Less than 2 miles to the beaches and within 5 miles of most attractions the location can't be beat. The Golf Course is a challenging par 3 course just north of downtown Naples. Pace of play for 9 holes is a little over an hour walking. There are pull carts available to rent for $3. The neighborhood has every amenity you want in Naples, 6 pools, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, onsite restaurant, pro shop and clubhouse!

Yes, there are tennis and pickle ball. Some buildings allow monthly rentals, and some require 90 day minimum on leases. Bldg 53 allows 12 leases a year and 30 day minimum on each lease.
Most buildings allow 30 or 90 day minimum stays so yes, you could do 3 or 6 months. Rates will vary based on the time of year with "high season" which is January, February and March, being the most expensive. Rates could be $3500 - $4500 per month including golf transfer but each owner sets their rates. Rates are usually lower in the "shoulder season" Which are November and December, April and May. And the lowest rates will be in our "off season" or hurricane season June - October. Annual leases are usually about 1/2 the monthly rate of high season. Hope this helps
