In addition to the menu items, you can always ask for your favorite pasta and red sauce, just in case. If you tell the staff about any dietary issues, im sure they'd be happy to help.
Typical pasta dishes with tomato based sauces. No signs of them adding dairy to them, I'm also lactose, never had a problem there.

Some of the entrées are simply pasta and a sauce - tomato, pesto, ragù. I think you would have a decent shot of finding a nice meal here even with a dairy-related dietary restriction.
Paul's pasta only serves fresh hand made pasta dishes. Is pasta dairy free?
