Why would you pay full service prices to have to serve yourself ...and get wilted salad and dried out chicken as your menu options? Its not air conditioned and tables are not clean. Not sure what the allure is here other than being located there.

Just to feel part of the HP adventure. I went couple of time out of weeks going to Universal Orlando; my point is, just go at least once or twice to know it and feel the environment and that's it, because is true what you say
