Were you there with me I have been to several Steak and Shakes and service has been good this one I have been there 2x and both times service was not very good the first time it was ok by the time we got our shakes the meal was over...this last time it was exactly like I said no eating utensils, no napkins, sandwich did not have have what it was supposed to have and we had to ask for our drinks....so think what you want you were not there with me so you have no right to question what I say happened...
The staff was nice. The food quality was poor. The shakes would be the only reason I would return for.
I've had issues with service at this location as well. My husband loves going there though. It's a hot and miss really. Totally depends on the server or what's going on in the back or whatever. We usually go in the evening for dinner.
