The service is faster now but their hours are disappointing and the food isn't as good of quality as it used to be, corporate is non existent and I dislike the app.

Gross honestly just a greasy mess. No flavor at all not even seasoned. This must be the worst one around. Bathrooms are out of soap and the person who went to clean had gloves on then when right to make food not washing hands or changing her gloves. Seriously I tossed my food and left.

Not satisfied at all. They have done away with servers, have to use a touch screen instead of a menu and the portions were very small. A person with vision issues can't see the screen. You have go get your order after your name being called out. Not a good setup for people that have mobility issues.

That's true really bad customer service.Steak n Shake need change the employees stile .
There is no good management there anymore and there is only one cook he works his ass of and needs to be promoted. Thwy definitely are hiring for night and weekend managers and workers
It is the worst service ever, the turnover is very noticeable.
They are stupid, and the service is PITIFUL....by the time you get your food, you could have bought the hamburger, cooked it and ate it. They really need to hire people that have a clue. Glad I don't live there anymore
No dinning in. Just drive thru, inside pick ups to go and dekivery.

Were you there with me I have been to several Steak and Shakes and service has been good this one I have been there 2x and both times service was not very good the first time it was ok by the time we got our shakes the meal was over...this last time it was exactly like I said no eating utensils, no napkins, sandwich did not have have what it was supposed to have and we had to ask for our drinks....so think what you want you were not there with me so you have no right to question what I say happened...
