From the VA, head east on Diplomat to Del Prado (light); Turn left on Del Prado heading south; at Del Prado turn right onto Pine Island Rd. Stay on Pine and you will end up on Matlacha.
I find best way is south on 75 till u get to burnt store Rd stay on it till u come to pine island Rd turn right and its 3 miles down on left
Take Exit 143 off I-75 and just head west. On the left side of the road, just before the Matlacha Bridge.
