No reservations but you can download the app and check in on that. It is faster than just walking in. It will give an estimate of when to show up. Its the closest to a reservation you can get!

No they don't. But their app. allows you to check in and it will give you an approx time to be there.
Outback is quite popular so weekends and holidays are often busy I suggest you go early and beat the crowd
