Yes this is one of the worst buses! Reach and get your seat 20 min early at least !!! They will leave you even if you have an online ticket - happened to me twice Also there was violence on the bus - so if you can take greyhound or megabus thats much better with a small child

No need to pay for new born baby...take baby on your lap... But try to book online....as the china bus ticket checker as cheap people and they might ask for money
