This was a great experience, the food was delicious and the workers were really nice. The soup was also very good and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. I recommend if you like hibachi or would like to try it.

Order a la carte. Ideal place for groups and events. You sit with the chef at a large stove, where the meal becomes an event. If you haven't experienced it yet, you have to catch up. Food ok but not great.

Tempura batter with water, egg. And coating on shrimp or chicken or vegetables, then deep fried. Katsu use stronger flour and breadcrumbs, and egg. Cover with usually chicken or pork, then deep fried.
My questions regarding katsu and tempura are regarding Japanese menu items and how they are offered.
