best bank It's the best branch in Albany, I went there and I'm not fluent, English, and without an appointment and I was hesitant, with poor language, until someone asked me how to help you and he was long-minded, respectful, and he started speaking so well and slowly to understand him, and he explained to me in several different ways to make sure I understood Well what I want, and when we finished, he repeated everything he said We're done for a few minutes this is how real customer service is, this is how it gives a good impression of the community to tourists and others, thank you manager PHILIP GELETA for helping me
