It is good to know that you have people you can depend on to help you when things go wrong. We came home from vacation to learn that our sump pump had failed and our entire basement carpet was wet. ServPro was great in remedying the situation, especially given how busy they were due to the recent rains that had a lot of other people needing their services. I hope we don't ever have a problem like that again, but I would use ServPro of Bowie if we did!

I had a wonderful experience with ServPro of Bowie! When I initially called them I was so stressed and upset because of flooding in my basement but after speaking to Rusty Friend, the Client Relations Specialist, I knew I had called the right company and was in good hands! Rusty was extremely understanding and helpful. She explained the entire process and reassured me that everything would be taken care of and I didn't have to worry. And boy was she right! Soledad and her team came out the next day and quickly checked for areas with moisture, pulled up carpet and baseboards and got the fans and dehumidifiers running. They checked the entire basement to make sure they addressed any area that showed signs of water damage. Both Rusty and Soledad really turned a scary stressful situation into a positive experience. I really can't say enough about these ladies and their team how well they took care of me. Thanks again!

From the first phone call to the SERVPRO of BOWIE office, I knew I was in good hand with Client Relations Specialist, Rusty Friend! Actually, by the time we finished talking and she thoroughly explained the process, I renamed her to “Shiny” because there is nothing rusty about her professionalism and outstanding customer service. I was dealing with a flooded basement with hidden mold. I had called another company and received terrible service so I called Bowie. Their entire team handled my traumatic situation were care and concern making sure I was notified of each step in the process. There were no “surprises” in cost or procedures. I want to commend the fantastic crew that worked so hard to handle the job and clean up. They were so kind and calmed me down with seeing my personal items ruined. I absolutely recommend them for jobs big and small. Please accept my appreciation for the Crew: Abraham, Jose, Mirta, Jessie and Cody; and the office staff, Rusty (Shiny) and Smitta. They truly are like the SERVPRO commercial…transforming disasters like it never happened!
