Poor baby. I'm so sorry for your loss. . A local funeral home (Haisley-Hobbs, I think) might be less expensive for cremation, if you're going to keep the ashes. Our dog was picked up from our vet's office after he passed away and taken to funeral home. YOU DON'T have to keep the ashes. A friend's beloved dog passed but she wasn't able to keep ashes.

I'm so sorry for your situation. I went through it 1 mos ago. The charge to euthanize a dog is a nominal $25. Cremation is charged by weight. At the end of the day my fur baby's suffering ended, she was respectfully cremated and returned to me for $140. Hope this helps you during this difficult time.

So sorry that your dog and you are going through that. I don't know because I haven't been in the situation to ask... I'll advice to call and leave them a message. They will call you back.
