I filled out the online application to get my dogs shots and fixed. They already took my money out of my account 3 days ago... Still haven't heard from them to get an appointment tried calling no answer. Is this normal?

Hi, Tracy!! WHICH location? Fort Pierce on Savannah Road??? OR Glades Cutoff Road off Midway Road near I-95 ?? The Fort Pierce location is GREAT about returning phone calls, etc. Make sure you call between 11 a.m. and 1:00 or between 2 and 5:00. On Saturdays, the hours are 11-5p.m. (Their lunch is between 1 and 2 p.m.) The employees are there VERY early in the morning, taking care of animals before the facility is open to public (which is why facility doesn't open before 11 a.m.).

Unfortunately, this branch of the Humane Society does not answer the phone. As to why I do not have an answer for that as the Humane Society on Glades Road is very responsive. I suggest you hop in your car when they open and secure the information yourself in person.

They usually don't answer. You have to leave a message under the proper prompt and they will return your call within a business day.
