I have a pit bull.That i can no longer keep. He is to mean he has bit two people and i dont know what to do with him he also has became mean to my kids. Is there room for me to drop him of at the Humane Society?

He will be put to sleep at the Humane Society and that is a fact. Your best bet is to find a private person who wants to give him a second chance and the training he needs.
