Absolutely! I take my Peach Moluccan Cockatoo there frequently! Lots of locals daily who bring their dogs and socialize. Sea birds, shade, small, walking path, wooden bridge/pier, 3 large, long covered picnic benches and plenty of other benches scattered by sand/water. It's beautiful! Shhhh....don't tell anyone ;-)
