It's safe in the sense it's generally well lit and there's a gas station nearby if you need help. There tend to be lots of people grilling and sometimes get loud but they aren't dangerous, at least i haven't had violent interactions. Only weird ones lol
No!!! There are people "living" there. I have been harassed here at night before. There's also drug needles everywhere.
