One of the oldest fishing spots in the city..... where "Palm Bay" got its name from. Updates to the park make it an enjoyable spot not only to fish but also to stop for lunch and watch the water. (Some homeless like to hang out there but usually very polite and keep to themselves)

It's safe in the sense it's generally well lit and there's a gas station nearby if you need help. There tend to be lots of people grilling and sometimes get loud but they aren't dangerous, at least i haven't had violent interactions. Only weird ones lol

Sometimes, not all the time. It's because of all the junkies and drunks that come there at night.
No playground but kids will have plenty to do here. The river docks are great n just the scenery will not have the little ones even asking where are the swings.
Can we use a little firepit to sit around ,& talk, a small family group about 6.
