Yes, I attended with my children. 17 & 13. It looks rough in the outside but it's all individual rooms inside. Every group is private. I would not recommend staying too late but you can certainly attend a 5-6 hour and maybe stay to 8ish would be okay.
I dont think theres a rule but i also dont think its a place for kids
