Is that a good neighborhood for teenagers? is it open until 4? If not is it normal for ppl to congregate outside in the parking lot?

Q Karaoke serves alcohol in the form of beer and wine. Not a good place for unsupervised teenagers. It is a good place in a neighborhood with a reputation. Recently the hours have been fluctuating depending on the number of reservations. By law they close at 2 am.

I'd say it's better for adults then teenagers since the area around it can be pretty rough. Most days their open till 2 am but sometimes is 1 am. They open at 6pm. Sometimes it's normal if the rooms are full and people are waiting for a room to open
