Clearing House has been at it's current location for more than 22 years. However, at the end of this month it will be moving to a new bigger and better space, which is about 12-13 minutes from it's current spot. More information with exact address and time to follow this week.
Seems you might have the wrong place as I have not seen a sign like that.
