Bibi was fantastic. I made an online appointment for 1:15 and although the waiting room was very full and crowded, I was finished with my appointment by 1:35. I do think the phlebotomists need support, though. There was no front desk person working and there were several cranky patients that kept walking to the back room while I was having my blood drawn and were getting hostile with Bibi while she was trying to draw my blood. She was so professional with them but I could tell that the constant bombardment was stressful to her. These entitled people didn’t even have appointments and were upset that the people with appointments were being seen before them. Despite being short staffed, the facility was clean and the people that were working were doing their very best to keep things running smoothly. I always get nervous for blood draws but Bibi made it quick and painless.
