Did not follow orders at all. If I had known they couldn’t follow the directions I would have canceled, but there was no communication at all from them. I was only in Jacksonville for a week after moving as a native who loved their food, so this is incredibly disappointing. Will not be back if service like this is their new standard, I just wasted $20.

I've always had great service and good food at this Mexican restaurant. Ive been going here gir over 5 years. Great place good service and generally nice people. I have found that people will respond in kind to how they are treated. Great customer service begins with great customers.
