We're so sorry you had a bad experience Mrs. Linda... We tried hard to find you and your husband the right car and you test drove different vehicles before taking your desicion. Besides, you signed all the documents where was clearly stablished that the down payment was not reimbursable and when you voluntarly returned the vehicle your husband told us that the car was just fine... We also offer the chance to pick some other vehicle but you declined. We hope you can find the right car...
