Do they sell hot chocolate?

One of the clerk's told told me that it "might" be added on a cold day. Don't hold your breath

I could not find any hot drink, coffee or hot chocolate. Was told that they did not carry them.

No- each stand had its own focus. I saw Dawgs and Burgers, chicken, fish shack, sausage stand, Mexican or tex-mex stand, and craft beer and other alcoholic drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks looked to be soft drinks, lemonaid, tea, and bottled water
