Where do I begin? They aren't even worth 1 star, if they had a negative star rating they'd be getting that. It all started back in February when I inquired to get an estimate for a front entry enclosure. I was met by a nice salesperson Jessica within a couple days. She then told me they try not to do those type of enclosures any longer, so I opted to replace my existing decorative aluminum (bronze) screen doors with white. Fast forward to June install date (so happy) Rich removes existing aluminum and doors, puts the new white frame and doors, upon inspecting the doors the powder coating was bubbled and there was gashes in spots as well as pieces of scrolls missing. I called immediately the next day, Eli came out the next Monday took pictures agreed it was unacceptable, Rich then came back out That Thursday and removed doors. Now in July (2nd set of doors) damaged and install cancelled, several phone calls, messages and no answers I was finally put in contact with Alex who came out with another brochure and asked me to pick out a different style door in which I stated at that time to refund me and put my original aluminum and doors back to only be told that wasn't possible, I the homeowner was forced to pick out something I didn't want, and I asked him again about my original request for the enclosure which he informed me it could be done, so I asked for a estimate on the difference from what I already paid. weeks later I had to call and I was not happy with the price so I agreed to the other doors I was forced to get. August comes and still nothing, no doors, no call, no nothing... I then called requesting again a refund and my original doors put back. This time a gentlemen named Chris called me, he was very nice and helpful, but still not getting what I wanted or paid for. We are now at September 13, still no doors, I've had 2 install dates yesterday (had to take PTO to be home) between 12-5 to only be cancelled at 2:30 , then to be rescheduled today between 10-3 (had to call off work) to only be cancelled at 1:30.... I called severely frustrated/upset and the man David that I was put in contact with was extremely nasty, talked over me, would not listen to me at all, I informed him I wanted a full refund and my original doors to be returned and reinstalled... This company gives you the run around $2500 for french screen doors, only to be left with nothing, not even my original french screen doors returned... Top dollar prices, low dollar product and horrible customer service.................

Wow, what a transformation of our lanai. Our 25 year old pool cage was really showing it's age and we contracted with Absolute. Such professionalism with all the measuring and checking the measurements again and again. We waited 11 months and fully understand why it took so long. Worth the wait. Marco and his assistant did an unbelievable job, even working in the heavy rain to get the job done. If you want the job done right, there is only one company to call, Absolute.
