From the very beginning our Sales Consultant Bob Lusk was a pleasure to work with- wow! We visited Sunset Cadillac to take a look at the low mileage Escalades on the car lot. He talked to us with a no pressure approach and we looked at 2 Escalades and 1 low mileage very clean Chevy Tahoe that had a tow package, which is something that we wanted in our next SUV purchase. We took the vehicle for a test drive and everything was perfect - except -that the a/c was not blowing cold air. We put a small deposit down, while meanwhile he had it looked into and advised us - as we also found out through our own research on Chevy Tahoe vehicles - that the condenser needed to be replaced in these models due to their frontend redesign - and they went ahead and replaced it. There was no change in price, the work was done immediately and then also covered under warranty, and so we went forward with the purchase. Frankly, some car dealers would have simply recharged the a/c, which was not the case with Sunset Cadillac. Over the years we've purchased 2 Cadillac SUVS and leased 1 Cadillac SUV, and this is our 4th vehicle from Sunset Cadillac which used to be Crest Cadillac. I can honestly say that this was the BEST of all 4 experiences with this dealership over the last 15 years or so. This is in no way to say that the prior experiences were not good, but rather that this experience was stellar. When you have a sales consultant like Bob Lusk, who appears to be open, honest, communicative, not aggressive and yet helpful- he actually came in on his first day of vacation to make sure that all of our needs were met when we picked up the car- well, you can't get better than that! Thank you Bob - also- for the restaurant recommendation for our wedding anniversary in New England, too- the place was great!

I recently sold my very low mileage, pristine Cadillac Eldorado to a gentleman in Tx. Collectively we decided it might be a better choice for him to fly in and enjoy a drive back to the Dallas area. In order to orchestrate this, he wanted to have certain items serviced at the local Cadillac dealership before he arrived. Our contact at Sunset Venice was Dean Harris in the service department. I want to say that Dean was incredibly helpful to make sure this happened on short notice. I dropped the car after the part was received and Dean took it from there. He called me a couple of hours later to advise me that the work was complete and sent a car to pick me up. Now, my new friend and buyer Bill from Tx. can be confident that his mini adventure drive home will be smooth and uneventful. A big THANK YOU to Dean Harris for making this happen. He is a credit to Sunset Cadillac, and they should be glad they have him!
