The shop is called Unwholly Bikes. It's 100% donation and volunteer based. Not sure where it's located in Lakeland.
I have not heard of this promotion but maybe if it's new! I do know Pedal Power is an organization based out of First Presbyterian Church (Lakeland) that refurbishes bikes and gives them to those in need! ❤
