This place seems to have questionable (possibly fraudulent) business practices. When scheduling a new patient, they want you to prepare $64 before ever even showing up. I will be reporting them to FWA to investigate their business practices. They suggested I drive in today, to pay the $64 in person, and then come back for an appointment on another day; I will not be driving 25-30 minutes each direction, just to make a payment for services not rendered. They would not answer questions about my insurance and what it covered. They also explained that the new patient onboarding is split between two separate appointments. They are doing this to ensure that they can bill all insurance companies max amount; many insurance companies limit chiropractic treatment to one treatment type, per visit. Meaning they are wasting your time, scamming the system… where you personally, might just want to pay a full amount out of pocket to save yourself a trip. Update to their response to me: Do you often try to discredit people who leave you poor reviews? While poorly worded and curt, my comment makes sense; it seems strange to insult someone publicly. My understanding of your practice is incomplete, you are CORRECT. Likely because, unlike your assertion, I was NOT afforded a courtesy of a conversation; was put on hold twice, given to someone else, who neither explained the entire situation (I arguable received 2 partially given introductions to your practice (the first person simply said she needed to collect payment to get my schedule withOUT explaining anything) and the second gal seemed to be in a bad mood and unreceptive to questions I attempted to ask her (I am sorry I bothered her). I had to make some assumptions to leave my review. As stated, as a prospective patient, I was not thoroughly explained the process. However, I would expect your staff, to simply be able to answer if you accepted my insurance, but refused to offer that answer too. I imagine the costs of my treatment at your clinic would be the same as another clinic, but whether or not you take my insurance, is a start. I was coming with X-rays in hand that had been marked up from a competing practice. I was seeking a second opinion and giving you the opportunity to talk alternative patient plans with me. If your phone demeanor is a reflection of taking your "patient care very seriously", I would not be interested in visiting your practice. There are others within a 2 miles distance of your facility, them seems happy and cheerful to answer the phone.

Worst experience I have ever had overall with chiropractic. Other reviews have expressed how friendly the staff is, I agree that there are some professional and cordial staff.,but it is not consistent with all staff unfortunately. Dr. B. took my semi bad back situation and turned it into a nightmare. Please do yourselves a favor and seek help elsewhere. Before New City Chiropractic I could function normally with some pain...now I have to sleep in a chair and have extremely limited m physical activity

The staff is super friendly and they walked me through the whole process. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and I’m already feeling results! The treatment the offer is very hands on and informative. I’ve never had manual adjustments until coming to this office and the staff makes you feel comfortable and takes care of your needs. Highly recommend !
