Yes and no. If you order something from Walmart on-line and spend more than the $35 minimum order then yes it is free, unless it is coming from a third party seller, who may have their own shipping cost. If you are not hitting the minimum purchase price, then shipping is $5.99. If you are doing Walmart grocery and want delivery then no it is not free. I believe it is $7.95 as their delivery fee, with the rush 2 hour being $17.95 for delivery free. But if you are a W+ member, which is $99 a year then delivery is free as it is part of your membership.
