I had Insurance when mine was done which was covered but now he does Surgery in his office and ins doesn't cover his tools he uses so it's 2 hundred dollars which is fair. He is an excellent Dr he has done a few procedures for me. I would highly recommend.
Mine was about 1300.... Literally a fraction of what doctors where charging in fort Lauderdale.... And he went above and beyond for me....
no clue ins. paid for it.
It was 2500 for both hands .
