Please also include who you were working with at the shop so I can coach accordingly. Richard, I see you ordered in St. Pete and it does look like your order was delayed by 2 days. I'm very sorry for that delay. We try very hard to meet every deadline. At times things get delayed in the mail and that appears to be what happened. Your order should be available for pickup now.
