We are out of network, how will we be billed. We have United Health Coverage & very disappointed there is no contract. My husband has had many treatments at WakeMed & would like to continue heart treatment there, but we will not be able to continue

You would be billed out of network. Which will cost you more money unfortunately.

Can you change policy? or doctors at least temporarily? Your current doctor should be able to refer you to another. Out of network costs more. You can pay more until you find a new doc or policy. Use mychart to communicate with financial office.
