What I did, I called Durham office. But because I live in Raleigh they can't help me, but Durham office sent the message to Raleigh office to call me to schedule an appointment. After 1 week Raleigh office called me to schedule the appointment for the next day. Search for Durham office and call them, they answer better than Raleigh..

Sometimes they help, but sometimes they don't! officially, you cannot walk in!
