Are the condos right by chapel hill part of chapel hill and are the people who live in those condos able to use the chapel hill gym

I don't think so but you can contact chapel hill to ask but my experience living out that way people from all the other complexes use to be in chapel hill fitness center

The condos next to Chapel Hill are not a part of our community and they are not able to use the Chapel Hill fitness center.
