Why does your service department pass vehicles, on their inspections/emissions, when they're not safe to drive? The car you sold me had a faulty timing chain... I didn't know that was legal

The timing chain has nothing to do with the state inspection , and has nothing too do with safety ! And all fords are considered pos after 2014 ! Should have bought a VW !

If the check engine light is not on there's no way of know if the vehicle have that problem. The timing chain needs to be really bad for the check engine light come on and diagnose the problem

Actually, a car shouldn't be able to pass inspection with a faulty timing chain. I also bought an Audi, as opposed to a Ford. You seem to be assuming more than you actually know.
