My experience was terrific. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. We went to look at one vehicle and while looking saw another which was a better fit for my wife. Within 3 hours we completed the transaction, all the paperwork, the car was prepped, registered, cleaned and we were given a complete in-person tutorial on the many features of the 2023 Tucson we chose. It is much more tech’d up than what we are driving so there was a lot to learn. While everyone we dealt with should receive kudos, Viviana, our salesperson was a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Helpful, thoughtful, empathetic and a truly outstanding listener. If you like the Hyundai line and are anywhere near Philadelphia give these folks a try.

I'm surprised at the great reviews that I've seen here. It makes me wonder why I am having such a terrible experience. I've spent almost $200 and had several appointments over the last month and a half to try to have my vehicle's AC fixed. The problem still persists and I have not been reimbursed for the charges. I have been unable to get this matter resolved and Faulkner has now become unresponsive. Is it possible to speak to someone who can resolve this for me?

Usually Scan Disk card goes with the book to Multimedia System, that you have in your glove box department, and yes, you need that to make navigation working. To have Android Auto working you need to download this app to you smartphone and plug in your phone to the screen.
They where not working on my car i was looking to purchase a vehicle

Staff and public wear masks, there is ample amount of sanitizer, vehicles are wiped down between customers and seating is spaced. That from what I could see.... for an actual policy, I'd reach out to them directly. Hope this helps.
Call Mr. Rocchi and he will be able to deal with your question . I know they have more models of cars.
