Chris of the service department was not only extremely helpful, but a genuine pleasure to be work with. He was diligent with call backs, gave clear concise answers and did so with a positive demeanor. I did not even get my car serviced at Honda but rather had it towed there. Chris was the one to call and tell me my car was picked up (faster than the towing company). For the efforts Chris gave I will absolutely be bringing any future business/ service requests to this location.

Nothing but liars. First time there. Had an appointment and my vehicle never got touch in 7hrs. If I could do a negative star I would have. What a wasted day. Will never ever go there.

I am sharing my experience because it matters. I had a horrible initial experience on 8/8/22 with my service so I sent an email. Greg called me to make my experience better. However after getting my car back on Friday, I noticed it still was having an issue. I went back first thing Monday and asked for the supervisor. When the supervisor came outside to speak with me it was Greg. He was kind and pleasant and assured me he would take care of it. He went above and beyond to make things better. Once my car was completed he took a test ride with me to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate what he did as an individual to make me feel better and calm my concerns. Honda has a great product but it means nothing without great people to present it. Greg is definitely one of those great people. I said I would never return to the Essington location but after dealing with Greg I won’t go anywhere else. He is very kind and catering. And yes…. It matters!!

I was able to negotiate my transmission replacement when I was in San Diego way back in 2010 . It failed with 107k on it! This should have been a recall but Honda at least went half on it and it cost me $2500 with labor. I now have 280500 on it. Great engine and handling.

I work for this dealership as a tech. This dealership does not have a online parts website. Any OEM Honda parts online website would help you for your needs. Although, I can assume parts for your honda will most likely be discontinued. You can try on any honda parts website but your best bet would be rockauto.com IF they ship to your location.
