This location is notoriously known for its poor management -- the staff on duty, including the supervisor, don't really care for the customers. Numerous attempts to bring these issues to the attention of the corporation fall on deaf ears. You are better off going to Una Mas, or c another Taco Bell.

Most recently I have been frequently stopping by and there is in fact a new manager who does in fact go above and beyond to insure that your visit is a pleasant one! I have witnessed this first hand as well as received extremely great service, item presentation when served to dine in, not to mention perfect food quality and execution considering my lengthy and highly complicated order from the automated ordering kiosk! In the past I admit I was not able to agree with these statements,but that is rapidly turning around! In fact it seems like they are going to nowhere,but up! I recommend that you come in and give them another shot and try the new team as well as the new fully custom automated ordering system!
Literal horrible service we stood at the register for 10 minutes before they served us and then the lady sounded rude then proceeded to head to the back. We were the only people inside and the line outside was not bad.
5 months later, nothing has changed. However, I heard them brag about how much more business they're doing after the hub Taco Bell caught fire.
