Hi,we will be staying in the lodge from 17th to 20th October.We would like to go for a wildlife safari. 1)Do the lodge organise such trips? 2)Are private operators available for such trips during this time inside the park?

You need to call lodge. I saw groups of people being led by a ranger or a docent, giving lectures on this and that. They rode in a what looks like a small modified school bus.

We went on our own. Suggest you call the Lodge and ask them.

We were there this summer and booked a tour. Just remember they can't guarantee you will see any animals
