Depends on what plant your in and the season. Every plant has a different "busy season". The plant im in we can't keep temps longer then a week. Not really sure why. Ya the jobs dusty at times but it's not difficult by any means.
Depends on attendance, work ethic, and attitude. It also depends on the building they were in and what their season is looking like.
They only keep temps for a month and no notice of them not needing them ?
Becsuse trucking is at lowest of low in the last 10yrs
