I waited 40 minutes in line for 2 milkshakes. Got this instead. Wasn’t even blended. Ended up throwing it away. I was going to wait for it to melt a little and just mix it but it melted too fast. Waste of my time and $5 and ruined my day. Laziest DQ workers in the franchise.

Everytime I visit, the service is extremely slow and they usually mess up my order. The girls working are always very rude. The owner does not really care about customer's experiences, as they allow the same rude workers to keep their jobs. The way the girls who work front counter talk about others is horrendous. Very disappointing

Good food but the place seems to only be staffed by high school kids. Incredibly slow service. If you are there during peak lunch/dinner hours or late evenings in the summer be prepared to wait.
