I'll never eat at this place again. Rude!

It's a good place to eat. Unfortunately the last couple of times I've gone there the staff was rude. They would wait for a customer to leave after they received their order and then judge and complain about that customer to the other customers waiting in line. Or the people on the line would have the cashier go and check the line person's phone while they are making the food. It's almost a joke and a circus around there at the one in Orrville. I'd rather take the extra trip and go the the one in Dalton where they treat customers with respect and they don't goof off all the time. The sad thing is that it's not even young kids goofing off. It's the adults that are doing this.

Face facts... young women tend to work at places like this. Today's young women are mostly rude, self-entitled, self-centered, and suffer great emotional trauma when they can't bury their faces in their phones all day. Also, most young people who work at places like this don't take pride in their work, so quality varies and they're usually rude and indifferent. Ingredients are mostly OK usually. Quality of sandwich assembly varies... sometimes it's OK sometimes it's a mess. You get what you get at fast food places these days... why would a Subway in Orrville, Ohio be any different?

Terrible customer service! The first time we ordered a meatball sub and a salad get home the meatballs are ice cold on soggy nasty day old bread!i asked if it was fresh they said yes,but it was in a trashbag and çďstored in the oven!! Today, ordered a meatball and a rotissarie both soggy and rubbery bread,not sure what they do to that bread but its gross,i called they said they could remake it! I didnt want anither sad sandwich or confrontation by the rude employee! If i could i would minus5 'stars!!
