Is there a way to see the area where my father is . Area c9?

As far as an actual picture or schematic of the area, unfortunately no. The best the VA can depict is just the area or section where a plot is located.

Go on google maps. Make sure you use satellite view. If you know the layout you will be able to see an areal view of the marker head stone. Hope this helps.
