They have a kids pool an adult pool very nice showers to wash off after getting out of the pool

It's not just 55 plus we've got friends that are 30s and younger there's no problem
No, Caliente Springs is 55+. Sky Valley is all ages. East and a West Side with Adult pool and family pools on each side and 9 spas, sauna, and gym and restaurant.. Great for kids. Kids do live there year round and lots of kids visit during winter months.
All ages but most of the folks who live there are adults over 50. Or so it seemed when i visited.
