well they are so lazy
I rarely find what I need. Signs on shelves show the products I need, but it is a rare occasion that products are kept stocked. If Walmart paid decent wages, they would attract more ambitious workers. When employees have to work multiple jobs, to make ends meet, they are not going to be as energetic as employees who only work for one employer. Employees are the reputation of any company. Pay more and attract people who are not stressed out, worn out and exhausted from commuting from one low paying, dead end job with no benefits to another and working on their feet for many hours at each site. The reason I can’t find things on Walmart’s shelves is the fault of Walmart top management, like a CEO that makes more money annually than all the employees of a dozen of their stores combined, AND doing it sitting on his butt!
No speak da English.
I feel the same way I been calling 3 days straight and no department answers
So shop at a store that has higher employee wages. Oh yeah, that means higher prices, and you won't do that, will you? Whiner!
It is frustrating. But if I only made a few bucks per hour to work for Walmart, I can't say I'd be compelled to answer the phone for them, ever.
