Nobody ever answers the phone except Pharmacy.
Because Walmart does not want customers to call with questions. They do not have any employees that work in any specific department. That means there are no employees that know anything about any product or service at Walmart and they do not care. Walmart realized years ago that they can put some small amount of information on their website. They feel like their job of helping customers is done. Walmart believes that slightly lower than competitors prices justifies not supporting customers or making help accessible. In other words: Its your responsibility to find your own answers and yours alone. They have so much money they can afford to loose customers and they don't care what you think!
Because then they may have to do something!

Go to their website and search for their products for any particular location if you do not have to talk to anyone

Individual depaetments are staffed during weekday , day shifts . call betweem 7 am - 4 pm , if no answer ask for an assistant mamager
I suggest calling before lunch. Tat might help.
Try calling back and asking for another department.
