I am a new customer and I will be having my cat groomed there next week. She is a senior with Arthritis can I trust that they will be gentle and do a good job?

You'll have to bring in current shot records before they'll take her. I personally go to petco and they groomed my senior dog who didn't like his paws being touched and there where never any issues.
